Q: How can I make the booking for Yesinspace serviced apartments in Hong Kong or in Kowloon? Do I need to pay advance booking fee?
A:
We will send a serviced apartment contract for your confirmation by sign. You will need to provide first month advance payment guarantee or credit card guarantee to reserve the studio or apartment. Booking deposit is non-refundable once you confirmed.

Q: How do I pay rental fee and security deposit for the serviced studio or apartment?
A:
The serviced apartment monthly rental fee can be paid by CASH (HK$, US$ or RMB), local cheque or TT. Or you also can pay the rental fee by credit card, Paypal, wechat or Alipay with 1-3% sub-charge. The 1 month security rental deposit can be paid by cash or guarantee by signed credit card slip (no transaction on credit card guarantee).

Q: Do I need to start the contract on 1st day of each month? How long of minimal period? Can I extend few days after the contract?
A:
No, you can start the serviced studio or apartment contract any day you prefer. The minimal period is 30 days (We define 30 days as one month). Yes, you can extend any long of days as long as there is available. The rate will be (monthly fee/30 x no. of extend days).

- 8 min. walking distance from Yesinspace HK serviced apartment(Mong Kok) to Mong Kong MTR Station or Olympic MTR Station.
- 5 min. walking distance from Yesinspace HK serviced apartment(Fortress Hill) to Fortress Hill MTR Station.
- 5 min. walking distance from Yesinspace HK serviced apartment(Yaumatei) to Yau Ma Tei MTR Station.

Q: How can I go to City U and HKBU from Yesinspace serviced apartment building?

It will take about 5-7 min. walking distance from Yesinspace to Mongkong Station, then it will take about 7 min. 3 MTR stations to Kwang Tong station, another 5 mins. From the station to City university. It will take less than 30 mins. for the whole trip.

There are mainly business travelers (e.g. working in HSBC, Bank of China), company trainee, exchange students (from HKU, City U. HKBU or Poly U), internship students, local residents (their homes in renovation). The guests are mainly from USA, China, Europe, Japan, Korea etc.

Q: How is the security of Yesinspace serviced studio & apartments?

Our short renal serviced apartments and studios are mainly located in our wholly own building in residential area. We have 24 hours CCTV and standby call, reception staff on day times. Furthermore, it is only 12 min. walking distance to police station and 2 min. walking distance to fire station.

Q: Do you have laundry service or around your place?
A:
Yes, we have coin laundry service in the building. Furthermore, there are also couple of 24hrs laundry shop just cross the road from our building.

Q: Do you have air-con in the summer and heater in the winter?
A:
Yes and No, our serviced studios/apartments have air-con in each room only provide cooling air for summer but no heater in winter.

Q: Do you have WiFi service?
A:
Yes, we provide high speed free WiFi internet covering all the serviced studio and apartment.

Q: Does Yesinspace serviced apartment provide swimming pool, gym, library? Does it close to any supper market?
A:
Yesinspace Mong Kok provides a beautiful rooftop garden and common area on 4/F for handout but not the rest. However, there is a municipal Center which is only 5 min. walking distance from Yesinspace. You can find the indoor swimming pool (warm swimming water in winter), gym center, library, wet market and restaurants. Furthermore, there are public basketball and football playground right in front of our building. There few supermarkets around our building with 3-5 min. walking distance.
